With more than three decades' experience working in kitchens around the world, Executive Chef Jeffery Siew now brings his culinary mastery and a wealth of expertise to W Hong Kong, where he incorporates different ingredients and culinary elements across the Pacific Rim plus a basket of global cultural influences from Southeast Asia, Australia, California and Japan to create a whole new level of refined gastronomic journeys to guests.  As the head of W Hong Kong's reputable restaurants, Chef Jeffery's culinary creativity can be seen at the celebrated KITCHEN buffets, or on the extensive a-la-carte menu and exquisite afternoon tea sets at WOOBAR, and much more at W Hong Kong. Guests can especially look forward to his exquisite Pacific Rim cuisine and gastronomic gems from his hometown of Singapore - imagine the signature Laksa, silky Hainanese chicken rice, finger-licking Fish curry and more - in imaginative and interactive dining experiences to come.
